2. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may return it for a refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

3. Non-Defective Products
- If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defects or damage, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Exclusions
- Products that have been used or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We do not offer refunds for products that have already been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Return Procedure
- Before returning a product, please contact us at service@taioly.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Products must be returned to us with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
6. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
